Victoria Swing Dance Nights

Victoria has a few weekly dance nights, official and unofficial:

1. Nothin’ But Swing — Saturday nights are Victoria’s weekly swing dance run by swing dancers and this dance night attracts Victoria’s biggest crowd of dancers. There’s a beginner lesson at 8:30pm included in admission. $8 ($5 students).
2. Rhythm Room — Wednesdays at the Baselounge (1303 Broad St.). 9pm-midnight, $7 ($4 students).
3. Swan’s Brew Pub — Monday nights many swing dancers head over to Swan’s for live music and dancing. There’s a small dance floor and no lesson but the live music, food and beer are great. No cover but a minimum purchase of at least $8 is expected. More info here.
